Once your order is placed you will receive an email with your invoice number as well as an additional email with tracking information once your order has been shipped. All ground shipping orders will be processed within 24-48 hours.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

We’ll ship our items anywhere in the United States, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico, free.
Shipping address change?
Unfortunately, after an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. If you've entered an incorrect address, please contact us and we will do our BEST to see if it can be adjusted. Even if you reach out immediately after placing the order, there is no guarantee that it can be changed, BUT we will try!!

International Shipping
We currently offer $22 shipping to over 50 countries on all orders.
Domestic Free shipping uses our standard Economy Shipping Service delivered by USPS.

International shipping uses DHL, FedEx, and UPS shipping services. Domestic service generally delivers within 7 to 14 business days. International service generally delivers within 5 to 20 business days.

We ask that you please read and understand our Return and Exchange Policy. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns before purchasing.
Eligible returns of products purchased on Ngobolingo.com may only be made by mail. There are no returns on sales or discounted items. Items must be returned in accordance with the requirements outlined below, within 7 days from the date of delivery to the Ngo Bolingo return address listed on the return shipping label.

Returned merchandise must meet the below requirements in order to be accepted for a partial refund:

No returns on discounted items.

All items must be in original condition with original tags, attached, and boxed.

Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered, or damaged will not be accepted.
Exchanges- At this time, Ngo Bolingo offers exchanges for returned merchandise. We suggest you return the item within 7 days, in its original condition with original tags. Once we receive and check your return, the exchange will be shipped out to you for a fee of $10.
Any original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable. For free shipping, there will be a $10 non-refundable shipping fee that will be held for all free shipping returns.

Merchandise returned by mail will be processed within approximately 7-10 business days from receipt. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been completed. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
Orders purchased using Affirm or AfterPay are subject to the loan agreement.
If your return is processed within 7 days from the shipment date, your loan with Affirm will be canceled before your first payment is due. If your return is processed after the 14-day timeframe, you will be charged for the first loan payment which will then be refunded after the return has been submitted. Any applicable interest paid on your loan for returns received after 30 days will not be refunded. If a down payment was charged, it will be refunded once the return has been received and processed.
International Returns - We currently have a No Return Policy for international shoppers.
